Is Apple going to launch a mid-range phone in the future?

Apple recently launched their 2nd generation Budget-range smartphone — iPhone SE (2020).
Generally in smartphones, Budget-range smartphone costs <=10K INR.
But iPhone SE (2020) costs around 40K INR and according to Apple it is their Budget-range smartphone.
In the future -
By seeing this model’s success, I guess they will launch Budget smartphones in the future because people liked it — iPhone SE (2020) (for some reason) though it’s aesthetics doesn’t match the modern day smartphone with 16:9 display, huge bezels, HD display, etc.
Till now they have shipped 10 million units.
