The ridiculously useless gadget in the market
This thing -
This little machine that fits in our pocket. Yes, this was an revolutionary product, but in my view this small computer offers all the things which we don’t really need and overtime we became its slave.
What’s the most important things that we have in the smartphone?
Communication — Calling, Messaging
And?
Nothing.
Remaining things are mostly useless — Netflix, Prime, PUBG, COD, Instagram, FB, TIKTOK, above sh*t (Snapchat), etc.
With these we have become digital slaves devotion a lot of time on these, which results in social distancing but it is only useful till this COVID issue ends but even after than we maintain social distancing by not meeting people in person due to these digital platforms.
You might argue that -
- There are others like Quora, Medium, Wikipedia, Discovery, etc. but I would say it all boils down to how many people do that.
- It depends on the user how they use it. I agree with that but my point is the end result. End result is important right? How many people are using this effectively without wasting time?
On average people spend 4 hours on smartphones everyday. Those who doesn’t waste time on smartphones, you are an inspiration to me. I can see myself not wasting time in smartphone only in my dreams.
I write a lot about smartphones and according to me this is the most useless gadget available in the market.
